hi. just discovered your blog. i was the one who requested for pearl harbour and the explosions over at twilight zone. glad you like it. im from the philippines and i would recommend another 80's band, downy mildew. their music is described as a combination of early rem and the cocteau twins. jangly and ethereal to be precise. try hunting them down.

I had read about them in Passion is a Fashion and had searched to see if anyone posted- first time didn't find anything, a few weeks later, it was posted over at twilightzone. I'll definitely check out Downy Mildew. I did a quick search, and nobody seems to have them up right now, but I'm going to keep looking and see what I can find/hear. Thanks for the recommendation :)
